How to make your Golden Milk cuppa!

Ingredients

1 cup organic almond or coconut milk

1 cup purified water

1 organic cinnamon stick

½ teaspoon non-irradiated turmeric powder

1 tablespoon raw honey

1 tablespoon virgin organic coconut oil

¼ teaspoon whole organic black peppercorns

1 small piece of fresh organic ginger, unpeeled and thinly sliced

Ground organic cinnamon (for serving)

Directions

Bring the milk, water, cinnamon stick, turmeric, ginger, honey, coconut oil & peppercorns to a low boil in a small saucepan. Reduce the heat and allow the ingredients to simmer together for about 10 minutes. Strain the mixture and serve in a mug with a dash of cinnamon and plenty of love. Enjoy!
