How to use
Hold the handles located at each end of the stainless steel tongue cleaner. Place the curved top of the 'U' shaped tool at the back of your tongue and gently, but firmly, pull forwards. Rinse the tongue cleaner with warm water and repeat. Use after brushing teeth, and after meals if needed.
If you experience any gagging, start in the middle of the tongue instead. As you get more comfortable, gradually start further back.
