How to use
Add the pasta to rapidly boiling, salted water. Use a timer from when the pasta is put into the pot. Cook for 6-8 minutes until 'al dente' (slightly chewy but not hard, depending on preference).

Tip: To cook like an authentic Italian 'mama' allocate one wooden spoon for making your Italian tomato-based sauces from scratch. Once washed, don’t use it for other dishes, this way you won't get any residual flavour from other herbs used in other meals spoiling your authentic Italian dish!
