How to use BrainShine

BrainShine comes in convenient capsule form. 

Adults: Initially take two capsules two times daily for 4 – 6 weeks. Thereafter take two capsules in the morning and two at night.
Adults and teenagers over 16: Take two capsules twice a day. 
Teenagers 12 - 15: Take one capsule twice a day.

Significant improvement should be noticed within 3 - 5 weeks, although some people respond much sooner.

Caution: Safety during pregnancy & breastfeeding has not been established. Keep this, and all medicines, out of reach of children. 

How to use PureCalm

PureCalm comes in convenient concentrated tincture (drop) form and is diluted in water or juice. 

Adults: Dilute 15 drops in about 1/4 cup water or juice three times daily or when needed.

Children over 6 years: One drop per age year of the child
