How To Use
Red Lentil Fusilli Pasta
Add the pasta to rapidly boiling, salted water. Use a timer from when the pasta is put into the pot. Cook for 6-8 minutes until 'al dente' (slightly chewy but not hard, depending on preference). 250g pack serves 4. Note: Contains the allergen Legumes.

Tip: for a delicious homemade vinaigrette to pour over cold lentil pasta, try ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil, 3 tablespoons vinegar of choice (balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar, white wine vinegar), 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey, 2 medium cloves garlic, pressed or minced, ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt, to taste, and freshly ground black pepper! (keeps for 1 to 2 weeks in the refrigerator).
