Did you know? This ButtaNutt Oat Milk is bottled in recyclable HDPE bottles, which makes it more readily recyclable in South Africa than other complex packages.

Ingredients

Water, gluten-free oats (8%), canola oil, salt, calcium carbonate, tricalcium citrate, acidity regulator (potassium citrate)

Note: Made in a facility that also manufactures products containing tree nuts. 

How to use

Give the bottle a good shake, then pour over muesli, granola, cereals or as a foundation for plant-based smoothies. Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 5 days or before the date of expiration.

Note: This milk product is not suitable for baby or infant feeding. Phosphate is naturally present in a vast range of foods and used as a food additive. However, as with most thing, moderation is key. The daily recommended allowance of Phosphate is 40 mg/kg body weight per day. Those who have kidney or cardiovascular concerns should avoid consuming food that is high in phosphates.
