How to use
For use as a thickener: Dissolve potato flour in a little water before adding it to hot liquids. For best results in baking: Mix potato flour with other flours according to a recipe. Baking suggestion: Use xanthan gum / guar gum as a binding agent to improve the texture and volume of gluten-free baked products.
Note: Extreme heat may cause the starch to break down and not absorb moisture properly, which hinders its thickening effect. It is best to heat the starch gently and add it gradually to sauces.
