Did you know? Ginger was once quite a costly commodity - in the 14th century, a pound (2.2 kgs) of ginger cost as much as one sheep!
Wholegrain oat (64%), demerara sugar, sustainable palm fruit oil, stem ginger (6.4%) (stem ginger, sugar), dietary fibre (Inulin), potato starch, ground ginger, partially inverted refiners syrup; lyles golden syrup, raising agents (ammonium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate), barley malt syrup, sea salt.
Note: Both our recipe and factory are nut free. We cannot guarantee that our ingredients are nut free. Manufactured on equipment that handles milk. Not suitable if you react to Avenin - a protein in Oats.

Enjoy with your favourite hot beverage - or eat right out of the box, whenever you crave something to warm your palate.
Tip: Marvellous crushed into healthy desserts or added to homemade oat bar recipes, also great as a biscuit base for cheesecakes. Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container.
