The Candida Cleanse

Before you start your candida diet, it’s always best to start off with a  good and thorough cleansing of your system. By doing a cleanse, you will be getting rid of the candida yeast and cleaning all the debris from your system. The candida cleanse can be quite strict, so be prepared to tough it out!

Restrict your diet to steamed veggies and raw salads only – with lots of fresh filtered water. It may seem hard at first but keep in mind that it’s only for a few days – 5 days at most! You may experience some side effects after detoxing for a few days - such as headaches, nausea or dizziness. This is quite normal and part of the detox process, continue and you will feel fine again.

Eating fresh, raw and 100% organic fruit and vegetables and drinking filtered water will provide your body with an effective cleanse to help you to feel healthy, refreshed and rejuvenated again.
