• 3 carrots, peeled
• 1-2 raw beets, washed
• ½ red apple
• ½ piece ginger

Ingredients
• 1 cup kale
• ½ cup parsley
• ½ small beet
• ½ cup pineapple
• 2 leaves Swiss chard
• 2 medium green apples
• 1 sprig fresh mint
• ½ medium lemon, peeled
