Lose up to 5kgs in the run-up to Christmas!
It's official. From Wednesday next week there are THREE WEEKS left until Christmas! Guess what? You can lose up to 5kgs before the 25th of December! We've mapped out the three weeks according to 3 phases of meal plans outlined below. We've even allowed for the start day to be next Wednesday to allow for you to order our EcoSlim and Detox Drops and have them shipped to your door in time! Let's dive in shall we? ...
Follow this PHASE 1 eating plan on these dates:
December 4th, 6th, 8th, 11th, 13th, 15th, 18th, 20th, 22nd, 23rd, 24th
Pour a cup of boiling water over two slices of freshly sliced lemon and leave to cool slightly while you get dressed. Drink while it is still warm. The oils and juices released from the lemon and the lemon rind will assist your liver to produce bile, one of the major fat burners in your body.
Start with 15 drops of Feelgood Health Detox Drops and 15 drops of EcoSlim in at least 1/4 glass of water. Cut up one orange and one apple onto a plate. Sit somewhere peaceful and slowly eat the fruit, making sure that you chew each mouthful well and appreciate the flavours and the colours of the food you are eating. When you are finished, have a full glass of water.
Eat an apple or an orange and drink a cup of herbal tea. No sugar is allowed, but you can use a natural sweetener like agave or stevia as a substitute (available from the Feelgood Health shop: 021 797 0193).
Make sure that you sit somewhere peaceful to eat your lunch and begin with a full glass of water containing a slice or two of fresh lemon and 15 drops each of Feelgood Health Detox Drops and EcoSlim Drops. Make sure that you drink the whole glass.
For lunch you can make a salad out of at least five of the following raw ingredients: lettuce, tomato, carrots, cucumber, apple, celery, onion, spring onion, green pepper, raw peas, raw green beans, apple, grapes, watermelon, pineapple, sunflower seeds, sprouts (lentil, mung bean, etc - but no wheat sprouts). Eat as much as you like!
Eat an apple or an orange and drink a cup of herbal tea.
One banana OR half an avocado pear OR one apple and a cup of herbal tea OR two 100% rye crackers with a cup of warm milk (low fat or skim). This is a lovely sleepy time snack!
Follow PHASE 2 eating plan on these dates:
December 5th, 7th, 12th, 14th, 19th, 21st
Pour a cup of boiling water over two slices of freshly sliced lemon and leave to cool slightly while you get dressed. As before, drink while it is still warm.
Two eggs (soft boiled, hard boiled or poached) + One raw tomato (sliced) + Two 100% rye crackers with low fat cottage cheese + One cup herbal tea (no sugar but natural sweetener can be used)
Sliced apple and two 100% rye crackers. Cup of herbal tea.
One large or two small baked potatoes with one of the following fillings:
Two big tablespoons low fat cottage cheese mixed with chopped parsley and spring onion.
One medium chopped cooked chicken breast (no skin) with sliced garlic quickly pan roasted in a teaspoon of olive oil;
Tuna (on its own or mixed with chopped green peppers and a squeeze of lemon juice and a few drops of olive oil) Be sure to buy the tinned tuna in brine, not the one in oil!
Lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic and fresh or dried herbs may be used for flavouring.
Add a salad using at least three of the ingredients from the Detox Plus menu. You can eat as much salad as you like.
Sliced apple OR bunch of grapes (about 10 - 15) OR large orange and two 100% rye crackers. Cup of herbal tea.
One grilled medium chicken breast OR one small tin tuna OR one large baked potato.
Up to one teaspoon of olive oil may be used for grilling. Lemon juice, salt, pepper and fresh or dried herbs may be used for flavouring.
As with the lunch menu, you can add a salad using at least three of the ingredients from the Detox Plus menu. Again - eat as much salad as you like!

Phase 3 - Rest days: You can eat normally on these days:

IN BETWEEN MEALS:
The above instructions regarding your liquid intake must be followed without fail. In addition to this, you can drink as much herbal tea and water as you like. The more you drink the better!
