The pace of everyday life makes it difficult to eat correctly and to exercise regularly. Western diets are full of sugar, refined carbohydrate products and artificial additives. The Feelgood Health Detox and WeightLoss Program is a five day detox booster program, especially designed to cleanse and purify the system, improve liver and kidney function and facilitate rapid, but healthy, weight loss. It can be followed as a stand alone plan, or as an introduction to a long-term weightloss program. In only five days you could be 2 - 5 kgs lighter, feeling great and bouncing with energy!

Whether you want to lose weight quickly for an important date, flush unhealthy toxins out of your system after a period of overindulgence or simply give yourself a kickstart to a healthier lifestyle, the Feelgood Health Detox and WeightLoss program will be with you every step of the way. You will find the eating plan below. Please read it through carefully and make sure that you have everything that you need beforehand.  Then decide what date you would like to start the 5 day program. Many people prefer beginning on a Monday and the program is geared for this, but this is entirely up to you!
Remember to take your EcoSlim Drops and Detox Drops as instructed three times a day for maximum effect (see our save 10% special if they are purchased together).

The Feelgood Health Detox and WeightLoss Plan consists of three identical Detox Plus days and two Health Booster days. Days 1, 3 and 5 are Detox Plus days, while Days 2 and 4 are Health Booster Days. You will notice that this program contains NO SUGAR and NO WHEAT whatsoever. Please read all ingredients on the products that you buy to ensure that they do not contain hidden sugar or wheat. Don't leave anything out! Remember that the liquids are just as important as the food is! You cannot expect your system to flush out fat and toxins if you do not have sufficient liquid to do so.

THE FREE PLAN:

Detox Plus: Days 1, 3 and 5

MORNING 
Pour a cup of boiling water over two slices of freshly sliced lemon and leave to cool slightly while you get dressed. Drink while it is still warm. The oils and juices released from the lemon and the lemon rind will assist your liver to produce bile, one of the major fat burners in your body.

BREAKFAST
Start with 15 drops of Feelgood Health Detox Drops and 15 drops of EcoSlim in at least 1/4 glass of water or herbal 'juice' (see below for recipe)
Cut up one orange and one apple onto a plate. Sit somewhere peaceful and slowly eat the fruit, making sure that you chew each mouthful well and appreciate the flavours and the colours of the food you are eating. When you are finished, have a full glass of water.

MID-MORNING
Eat an apple or an orange and drink a cup of herbal tea. No sugar is allowed, but you can use a natural sweetener (e.g. agave or rice syrup) as a substitute. Try and opt for the sucralose variety rather than artificial sweeteners that contain aspartame or saccharine.

LUNCH
Make sure that you sit somewhere peaceful to eat your lunch and begin with a full glass of water containing a slice or two of fresh lemon and 15 drops each of Feelgood Health Detox and EcoSlim Drops. Make sure that you drink the whole glass.
For lunch you can make a salad out of at least five of the following raw ingredients: lettuce, tomato, carrots, cucumber, apple, celery, onion, spring onion, green pepper, raw peas, raw green beans, apple, grapes, watermelon, pineapple, sunflower seeds, sprouts (lentil, mung bean, etc - but no wheat sprouts). Eat as much as you like!

MID-AFTERNOON
Eat an apple or an orange and drink a cup of herbal tea.

DINNER
The same as for lunch. Remember to begin with a full glass of water containing a slice or two of fresh lemon and 15 drops each of Feelgood Health Detox and EcoSlim Drops.

BEFORE BEDTIME
One banana OR half an avocado pear OR one apple and a cup of herbal tea OR two 100% rye crackers with a cup of warm milk (low fat or skim). This is a lovely sleepy time snack!

Health Booster: Days 2 and 4

MORNING 
Pour a cup of boiling water over two slices of freshly sliced lemon and leave to cool slightly while you get dressed. As before, drink while it is still warm.

BREAKFAST
Begin with a full glass of water containing a slice or two of fresh lemon and 15 drops each of Feelgood Health Detox and EcoSlim Drops.

Two eggs (soft boiled, hard boiled or poached)
+ One raw tomato (sliced) + Two 100% rye crackers with low fat cottage cheese + One cup herbal tea (no sugar but natural sweetener such as agave or rice syrup can be used)

MID-MORNING
Sliced apple and two 100% rye crackers. Cup of herbal tea.

LUNCH
Begin with a full glass of water containing a slice or two of fresh lemon and 15 drops each of  Feelgood Health Detox and EcoSlim Drops.
One large or two small baked potatoes with one of the following fillings:
Two big tablespoons low fat cottage cheese mixed with chopped parsley and spring onion.
One medium chopped cooked chicken breast (no skin) with sliced garlic quickly pan roasted in a teaspoon of olive oil;
Tuna (on its own or mixed with chopped green peppers and a squeeze of lemon juice and a few drops of olive oil) Be sure to buy the tinned tuna in brine, not the one in oil!
Lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic and fresh or dried herbs may be used for flavouring.
Add a salad using at least three of the ingredients from the Detox Plus menu. You can eat as much salad as you like.

MID-AFTERNOON
Sliced apple OR bunch of grapes (about 10 - 15) OR large orange and two 100% rye crackers. Cup of herbal tea.

DINNER
Begin with a full glass of water containing a slice or two of fresh lemon and 15 drops each of Feelgood Health Detox and EcoSlim Drops.
One grilled medium chicken breast OR one small tin tuna OR one large baked potato.
Up to one teaspoon of olive oil may be used for grilling. Lemon juice, salt, pepper and fresh or dried herbs may be used for flavouring.
As with the lunch menu, you can add a salad using at least three of the ingredients from the Detox Plus menu. Again - eat as much salad as you like!

BEFORE BEDTIME

What else is important?

IN BETWEEN MEALS:
The above instructions regarding your liquid intake must be followed without fail. In addition to this, you can drink as much herbal tea and water as you like. The more you drink the better!     

Herbal Tea Recipe
Instead of juice, try the following:
Soak 2 - 3 bags of herbal tea (try the fruit and berry flavoured ones) in one litre of boiling water for at least 5 minutes. Add 2 - 4 teaspoon equivalents of natural sugars such as agave or rice syrup (opt for these rather than artificial sweeteners than contain aspartame or saccharine) and/or the juice of one lemon. Allow to cool and refrigerate. Serve with ice blocks and fresh chopped mint. This herbal 'juice' can be substituted for the recommended herbal tea on your diet sheet if you like. It really is delicious!

Natural sugars
Natural sugars such as agave or rice syrup are far better for you - and will not spike blood sugar levels to the degree that artificial sweeteners do.
