If you're looking for a healthy energy-boosting and immune-boosting drink to help sustain your endurance and performance, we've found the perfect tea recipe for you! This particular recipe was sourced from one of our favourite suppliers: Soaring Free! Soaring Free offers a wide variety of certified organic, unprocessed and unrefined superfoods, which you will be needing for this endurance tea!
500ml pre-brewed Chaga tea (instructions on the box)
1 tablespoon cold-pressed, organic Coconut Oil
1 tablespoon Black Maca Powder
2 tablespoon Cacao Powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 handful of raw almonds*
*Optional for added protein
- Reheat your Chaga tea until boiling.
- Combine all dry ingredients (Black Maca, Cacao Powder and Cinnanon) in a mug and add hot brewed Chaga tea.
- Stir in Coconut Oil and enjoy!
- STEP 4 (OPTIONAL): If you're craving that extra protein boost, add the almonds along with all other ingredients into a blender and enjoy.
