How to use BrightSpark - (NEW and improved formula)

Dilute one drop per age year of the child in a little water or juice. On the first day take every two hours for five doses. Thereafter, take two to three times daily.

Once hyperactivity and behaviour have improved, dosage may be reduced to twice or even once a day.

How to use MindSoothe Jr

Administer three times per day at the dosage of one drop per age year of the child, for the first 6-8 weeks. Thereafter, reduce to two times daily. Simply dilute in a little water or juice (about a quarter glass).

Note: As with prescription anti-depressants, MindSoothe Jr can take up to six weeks to reach its full therapeutic effect, although some children may respond sooner. Consistency of dosage and perseverance are therefore advised.

How to use Focus and Calm

Children under the age of fifteen:
To help children focus naturally, take one drop per age year of the child in a little water or juice every morning and evening after meals.

Adults & Teenagers over sixteen:
To help adults and teens focus naturally, take fifteen to twenty drops in a little water or juice every morning and evening after meals.

Caution: Safety during pregnancy or breastfeeding has not yet been established. Avoid strong mint flavoured sweets which will reduce the effectiveness of all homeopathic remedies if taking brightspark. Do not use Mindsoothe Jr together with other prescription anti-depressants.
