How to use
Focus & Calm
Children under the age of fifteen: Take one drop per age year of the child in a little water or juice every morning and evening after meals.
Adults and teenagers over sixteen: Take fifteen to twenty drops in a little water or juice every morning and evening after meals.
Caution: Safety during pregnancy or breastfeeding has not yet been established. Focus & Calm is best used in combination with a healthy diet, regular exercise and fresh air.
Kali Phos Tissue Salts 6 (Mind Power)
Tissue salts may be taken preventatively, as well as for acute and chronic conditions, according to the following dosage:
Adults and kids: Chew or dissolve one tablet in the mouth twice a day
Babies and toddlers: One tablet a day (may be crushed and added to food or a bottle)
Acute conditions: Take one tablet every 1/2 hour until symptoms subside.
