How to Use Castor Oil

• For skin and hair: Apply a small amount directly to the skin or scalp and massage gently. Leave overnight or rinse after 30–60 minutes.
• As a castor oil pack: Soak a flannel cloth in oil, place over the desired area, cover with plastic wrap and apply gentle heat for 30–60 minutes.

How to Use the Rose Quartz Face Roller

Apply a small amount of Castor Oil or your preferred natural moisturiser, then gently roll the tool upward and outward across the face using light pressure for a soothing, relaxing massage. This simple ritual is ideal for daily use.

How to Use the Gua Sha Tool
