Somewhat improvement

I have been using the Halitonic and the Raspberry Oil Pulling for about a week. I see an improvement in my morning bread, it is not as bad as it used to be. The Oil Pulling smells divine, i have not yet seen the change in the color of my teeth though I guess its too soon to tell though.
