    I've struggled with headaches my whole adult life and have tried many things. I dont like to have to take so many pain tablets so i always try the natural route first whenever possible. Heat and cold compresses works wonders, paired with this headache spray even better. I spray it on my pillow ,it help me sleep and i dont wake up with a headache as regularly. Use on a microwave bean bag for extra soothing effect. The heat also brings out the fragrance more. I also spray it on a scarf to help during the day or (and i know this is gonna sound weird) spray it on a cotton wool ball or two that you keep in a little ziplock baggy in your handbag or car or both. Just whip it out and sniff whenever the tension and stress overwhelms you. Really great and natural product

    Cutest little bottle ever

    This is the cutest little bottle ever. the salts smell absolutely amazing. Perfect to keep in your handbag because the cork seals the bottle properly. The fragrance of the essential oils definitely has a calming effect. And great price too!
