Delicious, healthy weight-loss green smoothie recipe

Do you feel bloated or sluggish? Are you wanting to lose weight fast (but in a healthy way)? Sounds like you need a natural detox cleanse to flush your body of toxins, and an easy way to do this is with this yummy and nutritious green smoothie! Not only is this green smoothie recipe easy to make, but it's tasty, full of vitamins, loaded with antioxidants and has a healthy dose of fibre and protein!

You can replace 1 to 2 meals a day with this detox smoothie, or simply add it to your daily diet. You could easily start to lose weight and see a difference after a few days if you incorporate this detox smoothie with healthy eating and exercise!

What you'll need

  • ¾ cup Organic Camel Milk (or just plain water, almond milk, rice milk or coconut milk if vegan)
  • 2 diced bananas
  • 1 diced apple
  • 2 diced celery stalks
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Hemp Seed Protein
  • A few squeezes of fresh lemon
  • Ice


  1. Add all ingredients to blender
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
