How to use
Take 10 drops, 1-3 times daily (or as needed) depending on your requirements. After ingesting, let the tincture settle for 10-15 mins in your stomach, before drinking a lot of water. Best taken first thing in the morning and/or 30 mins before bed to facilitate detoxification from the previous day.
